Joanne B.

Joanne B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance communications, training, and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Compliance Communications and Training at Boston Scientific since October 2022, Joanne has also been the Past President of The Maine Women's Conference since August 2017, promoting women's empowerment in various sectors. Prior to this, Joanne held senior instructional design roles at IDEXX, where the IDEXX Water Academy was launched, and at PTC, managing training and curriculum development. Additional experience includes consulting and training at Kepware Technologies, working as a Test and Characterization Engineer at Fairchild Semiconductor, and conducting research in photovoltaics at NanoPower Laboratories. Joanne began the professional journey as a Beta Program Manager at IBM while completing dual degrees in Electrical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
