Michael R. Jaff

Michael R. Jaff is a highly experienced medical professional with a strong focus on vascular medicine and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as the Founder of Healthcare Inroads LLC since February 2024, Michael also holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Affairs, Technology & Innovation at Boston Scientific since January 2020. As the Founder of VasCore, established in 1997, Michael has contributed to the advancement of vascular ultrasound core laboratories for clinical trials. Michael's prior roles include President of Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Director of Care Redesign at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included improving patient care efficiency. Michael has significant academic credentials, including a Professorship in Medicine from Harvard Medical School and the distinction of being the first recipient of the Paul and Phyllis Fireman Endowed Chair in Vascular Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
