Ross Gatto

Ross Gatto is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in production management, logistics, and team supervision across multiple industries. Currently serving as Production Manager and Production Planner at ePac Flexible Packaging since July 2021, Ross has a proven track record of overseeing daily operations, managing substantial budgets, and leading projects, including the implementation of warehouse management systems. Previous roles include Delivery Supervisor at Sysco and Director of Operations at JJ Taylor Inc, where responsibilities encompassed managing departments, training, coaching, and compliance with safety regulations. Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University.
