Seong Shusta

Seong Shusta has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Boston Scientific since April 2012, focusing on compliance and business unit matters. Previously, Seong held the position of Board Member at High Tech Kids from August 2019 to August 2022, supporting educational initiatives related to robotics for youth in Minnesota. Experience includes serving as Associate Director of Business Conduct at Gilead Sciences, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2011, and working as an Associate at Gordon & Rees LLP and Murphy Austin & Schoenfeld, where involvement included mass tort, product liability, and health care litigation. Seong completed a Juris Doctor degree at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
