Don Willett

Don Willett is an experienced engineering and technical management professional with a diverse background in product engineering, customer support, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Boston Semi Equipment since February 2020, Don has previously held senior technical and managerial positions at companies such as Western Digital, SanDisk®, and SMART Storage Systems, where leadership in pre-sales and post-sales technical support was emphasized. Their extensive experience includes managing customer qualification processes, resolving technical issues, and enhancing customer relations across various sectors, including renewable energy and semiconductor processing. Don holds a Certificate in Project Management Fundamentals from Boston University, a Business degree from Mount Wachusett Community College, and a Technical Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology from the Rise Institute of Electronics.
