Nermeen Dashoush

Nermeen Dashoush, PhD, serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston University, where responsibilities include teaching and developing early childhood and educational technology courses, engaging in research to enhance access to education, and providing professional development for educators. As Chief Learning Officer and Founding Educator at MarcoPolo Learning, Nermeen guides the creation of scientific apps and develops educational materials that support young children's learning. In addition, Nermeen has held advisory roles at PBS and contributed to establishing early childhood education programs in India as a Founding Educator at EarlySpark. Previous experience includes roles in curriculum design and educational research at The Speyer Legacy School and Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as research with NASA on teacher efficacy. Nermeen holds a PhD in Science Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, complemented by a Master's in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's in Education from New York University.
