David J O'Donnell has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Safety at the Boston Water & Sewer Commission since April 2008. Previously, David held various leadership roles, including Director of Field Support, Sales, and Customer Service at Geerlings & Wade from 2005 to 2008, and Customer Service Consultant at Boston Water and Sewer Commission from 2004 to 2005. David's earlier experience includes positions as Vice President at both PartyLite Gifts (1996-2003) and The Faxon Company (1996-1997), as well as serving as Director of Customer Service at First Data Corporation from 1992 to 1995. David holds an MBA in Business from Western New England University and a BS in Psychology from UMass Boston.
