Deborah Banks

Deborah Banks is a retired professional with extensive experience at the Boston Water & Sewer Commission, where Deborah served from 1998 to 2023 in various capacities. As Fleet Manager, Deborah was responsible for the management of a fleet of approximately 220 vehicles and special-use equipment, overseeing a team of technicians and support personnel. In the role of Operations Administrator, Deborah administered the Fleet Division, handling budget compilation, vendor solicitations, and operational reports while ensuring efficient fuel delivery through the automated dispensing system. Earlier, as Facilities Administrator, Deborah managed the reporting process for Facilities Maintenance and oversaw the Apollo Security System, contributing to budget management and operational efficiency. Deborah holds a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Facilities Management from Northeastern University.
