Tim Offei-Addo

Tim Offei-Addo is an experienced operations professional with a background in environmental studies from Amherst College. Currently serving as an Operations Assistant at Boston Area Gleaners, Inc. since July 2021, Tim also held the role of Princeton in Africa Fellow at the International Livestock Research Institute from August 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experiences include an Apprenticeship at Boston Area Gleaners in 2020, an IT Specialist position at Amherst College from 2017 to 2019, and an internship with the Ghanaian Ministry of Food and Agriculture, where participation in development projects and training initiatives were key responsibilities. Tim began professional endeavors with an internship in the Admissions Office at Amherst College in 2016.
