Joel Jacobs

Joel Jacobs is a seasoned technology executive with a robust background in cybersecurity and information technology management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Phenomenati since April 2020, Jacobs leads vCIO and vCISO services, assisting businesses in enhancing their technology environments and cybersecurity strategies. In addition to this role, Jacobs functions as an Executive Mentor at Ouelette & Associates, a member of the Board of Advisors for Tech Goes Home, and holds various prestigious positions such as Member Emeritus at the IDC CIO Executive Council and Distinguished Fellow at Avasant. Notable past experience includes serving as VP, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Security Officer at MITRE.
