Victoria Fomchenkova has a diverse work experience in the field of molecular biology. Victoria started their career as an undergraduate student researcher at the Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, RAS from December 2015 to May 2018. Victoria then pursued a PHD and became a graduate student at the same institute from May 2018 to June 2019. Since September 2019, Victoria has been working at BostonGene, initially as a Molecular Biology Analyst until February 2021. Victoria was later promoted to Senior Molecular Biology Analyst and held that position until June 2022. Currently, they serve as the Lead Molecular Biology Analyst at BostonGene.
Victoria Fomchenkova earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2012 to 2016. Victoria continued their education at MSU and obtained a Master's degree in Biology from 2016 to 2018.
