Randy Hoover

Randy Hoover is an experienced architect currently working at Bostwick Design Partnership since July 2023. Previously, Randy held the position of Design Manager at Avenue Partners from September 2022 to June 2023 and served as Vertical Design Manager at The NRP Group LLC from March 2019 to September 2022, overseeing architectural and engineering design project management throughout the project lifecycle. Prior roles include Assistant Vertical Design Manager at Stonewall Sports - Cleveland, where Randy contributed as Volunteer Communications and Marketing Director, and Associate Architect at Fabo Architecture, focusing on design and documentation for various clients. Early career experience includes customer service roles at Swensons Drive In Restaurant and Heinen's, as well as serving as a Peer Educator at Kent State University. Randy holds a Master's degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University.
