Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah brings 16+ years of VFX industry experience into his role as BOT’s Head of Production. Shah’s effectiveness with problem-solving and show management are informed by his deep understanding of VFX pipelines, processes, and creative challenges. He balances his numbers-and-logic skills with keen abilities to inspire a positive atmosphere within the team, drawing on both interpersonal and organizational strengths.

Shah entered the world of VFX as an artist at Sony Pictures Imageworks India, where he gained skills in roto and compositing before moving into the production side of the house, working on numerous features such as Smurfs 2, Oz the Great and Powerful, and several films in the Spider-Man franchise, including The Amazing Spider-Man and Green Lantern.

Chirag has overseen BOT’s teamwork on Ad Astra, Terminator: Dark Fate, Stranger Things, Sense8, Grimm, A Wrinkle in Time, Ready Player One, and numerous feature films in the Marvel / Disney, Star Wars, and Spider-Man franchises, including Spider-Man: Far From Home.
