Mathew S. Augustine

As BOT’s Head of Systems and Security, Mathew S. Augustine oversees the safety and integrity of the digital content entrusted to us by our clients. BOT VFX has relied on his seasoned knowledge of hardware and software, and of network and cloud security, since 2008 when he was one of the company’s first hires.

Mathew is responsible for IT infrastructures in all facilities and has played a key role in multiple successful security assessments by our vendors, including MPAA, Disney, Fox, Deluxe, and most recently, TPN (Trusted Partner Network).

Augustine has been an IT professional for two decades, with twelve of those years in the VFX industry. His prior roles have included serving as systems & network administrator, customer support engineer, systems engineer, and systems and security manager.
