Mehmet Benin Tekin is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in project management and legal counsel in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Legal Counsel at BOTAS since February 2005, Tekin previously held the position of Legal Counsel for the BTC Crude Oil Pipeline Project from April 2004 to February 2005. Prior to this, Tekin worked for Tepe Infrastructure and Industry Corp. and Kasaroglu Law Office, providing legal advice on a range of national and international transactions, including infrastructure and defense projects. Early career experience includes a role at Turkcell Communication Services Corp., focusing on telecommunication law. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Management from the Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East and a degree from Istanbul University.
