Tshepo Boy has extensive experience in the construction and housing sector, currently serving as a Project Quality Assurance professional at Botswana Housing Corporation since April 2016. Prior to this role, Tshepo Boy worked as a Technical Officer at the Ministry of Lands and Housing from January 2014 to March 2016. The career began as a Carpenter and Cabinet Maker at Borethe Furnishing between 2006 and 2008. Tshepo Boy holds a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the University of Botswana, earned between 2008 and 2011, and a National Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery from Jwaneng Technical College, obtained from 2001 to 2005.
