Ngonye Keroletswe is a Senior Researcher at the Botswana Institute for Technology Research and Innovation (BITRI) since August 2014, focusing on the development of cellulose materials for water filtration as part of the African Research Initiative for Science Excellence (ARISE) pilot program. Keroletswe has a background in research and education, previously serving as a Junior Researcher, Visiting Research Scholar at Stony Brook University, and in various teaching roles at the University of Botswana and Teaching Service Management. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Botswana, along with a B.Ed. in Science, specializing in Chemistry and Education.
