Tebogo Erick

Tebogo Erick has a diverse range of experience in various industries. Tebogo began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Aberdare Power Cables in 2004, followed by a role as an Industrial Engineer at DORBYL Automotive Technologies in 2005. Tebogo then moved on to work as a Project Engineer at AIDC in 2005, before transitioning to a position as a Project Engineer at Harness Manufacturing Botswana from 2006 to 2009. Tebogo then took on the role of Plant Reliability and Environmental Engineer at Harness Manufacturing Botswana from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Harness Manufacturing Botswana and as a Technology Transfer Engineer at RIPCO. Tebogo then joined Barloworld Equipment as a SHEQ Manager from 2009 to 2010. Tebogo's career continued to progress as they joined Vivo Energy in 2010 as a Depot Operations Manager, and later took on roles as a Commercial Sales Lead and Supply Chain Manager until 2018. Currently, they serve as the Head of Hydrocarbon Sourcing at Botswana Oil Limited, responsible for overseeing the company's sourcing operations for hydrocarbon products.

Tebogo Erick pursued a Bachelors of Technology in Industrial Engineering from Nelson Mandela University between 2001 and 2005. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Derby in 2013 and completed an Msc Strategic Management degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2014.
