Willie Mokgatlhe

Willie Mokgatlhe has held various roles in their work experience. Willie started their career at Shell in 2000 as a Strategic Issues Coordinator until 2002. Willie then joined Air Botswana as a General Manager from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they returned to Shell and served as the Country Chairman until 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Shell as the Government Relations Advisor for Africa. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Botswana Oil Limited.

Willie Mokgatlhe earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Botswana, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Willie later pursued further education in the field of Air Transport Management at Cranfield School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree from 1991 to 1992.
