Mariusz Gil

Mariusz Gil is an accomplished software architect and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Head of Software Architecture at Volt.io since October 2023. Mariusz co-founded Source Ministry in October 2015 and has been a trainer and consultant at Bottega IT Minds since May 2014. Mariusz's prior experience includes serving as CTO and Chief Architect at LeadBullet S.A. from April 2011 to December 2014, and an Architect and Technical Lead at Gadu-Gadu for a brief period in early 2011. Mariusz also worked as a PHP Developer at Nasza-Klasa from January 2010 to February 2011 and held the position of Technical Lead and PHP Developer at Gadu-Gadu from July 2008 to December 2009. Mariusz began a career in technology as a Developer and IT Project Manager at Adv.pl from March 2004 to July 2008. Mariusz holds a degree from the University of Wroclaw, obtained from 1999 to 2003, and completed secondary education at X LO from 1995 to 1999.
