Radosław Białowąs

Radosław Białowąs is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and data science. Currently serving as a Techlead and Senior Python Developer at Scalo since November 2022, and as a Trainer at Bottega IT Minds since February 2023, Radosław has previously held key roles at Placewise Europe, where responsibilities included leading IT teams and managing machine learning projects. With a strong background in data engineering, Radosław has designed and implemented ML platforms and data workflows using AWS and Apache Airflow. Previous positions include Frontend Developer and Junior Data Scientist at Miquido and IT4Business, contributing to the development of user-friendly web applications and participating in Kaggle competitions. Radosław holds an Engineering degree in Energetics from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, achieved in 2016.
