Jeen Filz

Jeen Filz, MBA, is an experienced professional in the spirits and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Founder of Beverage Brokers USA and Director of Operations at Bottle Nexus, both established in 2023. Prior roles include Head of US Retail Partnerships and Senior Retail Partnership Manager at Flaviar, where responsibilities included expanding retail markets and curating product offerings. Additional expertise includes sales expansion at Diageo, brand strategy at Bart's Bottles, and brand activation as a National Brand Ambassador for East Imperial Superior Beverages. Jeen has also owned a cocktail consultancy business, managed bars, and contributed as a guest lecturer at Hotelschool The Hague. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague and a BBA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
