Ashley Banegas

Ashley Banegas is an experienced design professional currently serving as Experience Design Manager and Lead Experience Design Strategist at Bottle Rocket since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions as Senior User Experience Designer at Handsome and Senior Service Designer at USAA. Ashley's earlier experience includes roles at Bottle Rocket as Lead Strategist in Experience Design and Senior Project Manager, as well as Delivery Lead for Design & Development at Oven Bits. Ashley began a career in project management with Ericsson's Accelerate Project Management Development Program and contributed as an Engineering Research Assistant at USDA-ARS. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
