Lisa Moran is an accomplished legal and HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources and compliance. As the Founder and President of Employment Practices Group, LLC since 2007, Lisa has provided expert counsel to businesses during periods of transition, emphasizing HR realignment to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additional roles include President and Director at Employment Practice Group LTD, Mentor at Start2 Group and German Accelerator, and Practice Lead for Transformation & People Strategy at Bottled Lightning, LLC. Prior positions encompass Chief of Staff for HR at The International Rescue Committee, SVP of Corporate Compliance and Global Business Practices at Edison Schools Inc., and Associate General Counsel, among others.
