Mario Partida

Mario Partida currently serves as the General Manager and Executive Chef at City Works since August 2019. Additionally, Mario holds the positions of Senior Executive Chef and Senior Culinary Partner at Bottleneck Management since May 2021. Previously, Mario was the Executive Chef at Kona Grill from March 2012 to March 2019 and worked as the Shipping Receiving Manager at Jenner Ag from August 2009 to March 2012.
