Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson serves as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO and leads the Transformation Office at Bottomline Technologies, where responsibilities include overseeing global talent acquisition and development since June 2019. Previously, at Vistaprint from March 2011 to June 2019, significant roles included Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent & Experience, where Amy was instrumental in developing employee engagement strategies and transforming HR into a proactive organization. Earlier experience includes various HR management positions at The Timberland Company, The Gillette Company, and as an Independent Human Resources Consultant. Amy began a career in recruitment as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Sapient Corporation, and holds a BA in English and Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
