Chitra Gopal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chitra began their career as a Support Engineer at CA Technologies in 2001 and eventually progressed to become a Senior Principal Support Engineer. In this role, they troubleshooted escalations and provided advanced support for the Service Management Solution Suite. Chitra also conducted research, created defects, and collaborated with the engineering team for product enhancements and releases. Chitra then transitioned to the role of a Principal Support Engineer, handling escalations and visiting customer sites for issue resolution and demonstrations. After their tenure at CA Technologies, they joined Personetics as a Technical Support Professional, where they worked until 2020. Following this, they served as a Technical Account Manager at Glassbox from 2020 to 2021. Chitra Gopal received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from MVIT, Bangalore in 1998. Chitra later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Dowling College.
