Erika Kamens Graff has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erika started their career in 2001 as the Director of Sales and Marketing at WorldTEK Event and Travel Management, where they developed marketing strategies and drove sales for event management services. From 2006 to 2015, they held various roles at Horizon Marketing Group, including Senior Marketing Strategy Manager and Manager of Email Marketing Solutions. During this time, they provided strategic services for B2B and B2C clients in different industries. In 2010, they joined Peer360 as a Senior Marketing Strategist. Erika then moved to Rebel Interactive Group in 2015, where they worked as a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager. Erika joined Bank of America Merchant Services in 2018 as the VP of Social Media, where they built the brand's social media footprint and developed marketing strategies. In 2020, they joined Fiserv as a Digital Brand Specialist/Product Marketing, where they managed product marketing strategies and budgets across the payments product portfolio. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Product Marketing at Bottomline.

Erika Kamens Graff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of New Haven in 2001. Erika went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Sports Management at the same university from 2001 to 2003.
