Giuseppe Fornaro is currently the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Bottomline Technologies. Prior to this role, Giuseppe has held various positions in customer success and management at companies such as Klaxoon, Culture Amp, Datadog, MineralTree, and SmartBooks Corp. Giuseppe has extensive experience in managing customer success teams, driving customer expansion, implementing customer journey programs, and achieving high levels of customer retention and satisfaction. Giuseppe holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Suffolk University.
