Jaclyn Worman

Jaclyn Worman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR operations and employee relations. Currently serving as the Global HR Operations Director at Bottomline Technologies since December 2021, Jaclyn leads efforts to enhance the employee experience across the entire lifecycle by developing efficient HR processes and policies. Previously, as an HR Consultant at FIG BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. from May 2017 to November 2021, Jaclyn focused on process improvement and employee relations within large organizations, including Arqiva and Bottomline. Jaclyn's earlier roles include Senior HR Advisor at Simplyhealth and HR Account Manager at The Compliance Group Ltd, where leadership and effective people management were key responsibilities. Jaclyn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.
