Jacqueline Powell

Jacqueline Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jacqueline began their career at JD Group in 1990, where they held various roles until 1993. From 1993 to 1998, they worked at Pro Solutions in various roles as well. Jacqueline then joined Global Technology in 1998 and worked in various roles until 2003. Jacqueline moved on to Workgroup in 2003 and served as the General Manager of the IBM U2 Division until 2006. Jacqueline then joined Cognos as the CRM & Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, Jacqueline founded their own company, Xacute, where they served as the Owner and Managing Director until 2008. Jacqueline then joined Albany Software Ltd as the Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2012 before being acquired by Bottomline Technologies. At Bottomline, they held various roles including Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Content & Communications, EMEA, and currently serves as Head Of Communications - Global Communications and Content since 2021. Jacqueline also volunteers as a Volunteer Ambassador for Women of FinTech starting in 2022.

Jacqueline Powell has a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
