James Lemonias has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. James started in 2010 as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at America's Growth Capital. In 2011, they joined EMI Strategic Marketing as an Account Manager, where they managed marketing strategies for State Street Global Advisors. James then moved to NutraClick as a Marketing Manager, focusing on retention and customer success. Starting in 2014, James worked at Carbonite in different roles, including Manager of Sales & Customer Success, Senior Manager of Global Customer Success & Account Management, and Director of Global Customer Success, Account Management, Strategy & Ops. In 2020, they joined Bottomline Technologies as the Vice President of Customer Success and later promoted to Senior Vice President in 2022. James is skilled in driving revenue growth, customer adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

James Lemonias has a BA in Economics and Music from Colby College. James also attended Bridgton Academy for high school. In addition, they obtained the Dale Carnegie Human Relations & Leadership Training certification from Dale Carnegie Training in 2020.
