Jocelyn Smith

Jocelyn Smith possesses extensive experience in sales development and operations, currently serving as the Global Director of Sales Development Operations at Bottomline Technologies since January 2015. Previous roles at Bottomline Technologies include Marketing Demand Generation Operations Manager, Client Advisor, and Operations Analyst. Prior to this, Jocelyn held the position of Senior Strategic Program Manager at eCoast Sales Solutions from October 2007 to December 2014. Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University between 2006 and 2010. Education also includes attendance at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School.
