Kenan Spahi

Software Quality Assurance Lead at Bottomline Technologies

Kenan Spahi has a solid work experience background. Kenan started their career in 2004 as a Hardware and Software Technician and Software Tester at Rikont. During this time, they were responsible for repairing computer hardware, installing software, and testing accounting software. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Cisco Instructor at Information Development Initiative, teaching various IT and ECDL courses. In 2013, they joined Adaptivit as a Software Testing Specialist, where they designed test scenarios, managed the testing process, and utilized software tools for manual testing. In 2015, they moved on to Bottomline Technologies, first as a Senior QA Engineer, and then as a Software Quality Assurance Lead. In these roles, they established QA processes, oversaw quality assurance metrics, acted as a key point of contact for releases, and coordinated QA resources. Additionally, Kenan has experience as a Founder and Instructor at UAO Kosovo Center, where they taught martial arts principles.

Kenan Spahi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from AAB College starting in 2021. Prior to that, they received a diploma from Gjin Gazulli Electrotechnical High School in 2004, with a focus on Informatics. In addition to their formal education, Kenan has acquired several certifications, including a Nidan Black Belt Degree in Aikido from Aikikai Aikido in 2019, Security Awareness Training and Agile Process Training from Bottomline Technologies in 2018, and various certifications from Cisco Networking Academy, such as Packet Tracer 101 course, Be Your Own Boss: Module 1, Introduction to the Internet of Everything, and Introducing to Cybersecurity, all obtained in 2015. Kenan also obtained the ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2013.
