Lauren McKenna

Lauren McKenna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Payment Operations at Bottomline Technologies since September 2017, Lauren has held several key positions, including Operations Manager and Operations Team Lead. Prior experience includes roles as E-Commerce Manager at The Warehouse Store Fixture Company and various positions at the Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center, where foundational skills in customer service and animal care were developed. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of New England.
