Mandy Miller serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Bottomline since June 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experience and implementing efficient onboarding processes. Previously, Mandy held various leadership roles at ACI Worldwide from November 2007 to June 2022, including Chief Transformation and Operations Officer, Head of North America Commercial Team, Executive Vice President of Growth Markets, and Group President of ACI On Premise, managing significant P&L and driving growth in diverse global markets. Mandy's early career includes roles at First Data Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from director positions in special programs and application development to release management. Mandy holds an MBA and a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, along with a Mainframe Computing Certificate from Iowa Western Community College.
