Simon Peters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Simon started their career as an IT Consultant at Robert Half Technology from 2002 to 2004. Simon then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles such as IT Programmer/Analyst, Packaging Engineer, Category Development Manager, and more from 2004 to 2013. After that, they joined Chadwick Martin Bailey as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and later became the Solutions Delivery Team Manager from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Bottomline Technologies, where they have held roles such as Director of Implementations, Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success Enablement, Director of Network Revenue Growth, and currently, they serve as the Head of Vendor Customer Success since 2023.
