Jorge Moreno Blazquez

Jorge Moreno Blazquez has extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence and software development. Jorge started their career as an intern at IBM Global Business Services, where they developed functionalities for a software platform. Jorge then worked as a computer programmer at Insa before joining Indra Systems as an IT Systems Engineer. At Indra Systems, they maintained and managed a SCADA system and developed patches and new features.

Jorge then worked as a software engineer at Intermoney Titulación SGFT, S.A., where they developed desktop applications and helped migrate towards web applications. Jorge also implemented services using the FIX protocol and helped with the design and implementation of a new architecture.

Following that, Jorge worked at Mixin Solutions as an IT consultant. Jorge gathered requirements, studied protocol specifics, and created various projects using technologies like Python, Django, Redis, PostgreSQL, and AngularJS.

Jorge's experience in AI and NLP led him to become a lead development engineer and later a senior conversational AI technical leader. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills, coordinated teams of engineers, and focused on designing innovative solutions and ensuring system scalability and performance.

Most recently, Jorge worked at Certainly as the Head of AI and subsequently as the CPO. In these roles, they led the strategic development and evolution of the conversational platform, focused on innovation and practical application of advanced technologies like large-scale language models. Jorge coordinated multidisciplinary teams and integrated and applied these models to enhance the user experience.

Throughout their career, Jorge has been involved in various industries, including finance, security systems, and electric sector, and has worked with technologies like C#, C/C++, and various web development frameworks.

Jorge Moreno Blazquez completed their education history as follows: Jorge obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) in 2019. In 2008, they participated in an Erasmus program at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, focusing on computer engineering. From 2003 to 2008, Jorge earned a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid as an Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Sistemas. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Natural Language Processing from Coursera, with the most recent one in 2021.
