Guillaume Lebel

Guillaume Lebel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Franchisé Ange in Jura at Boulangerie Ange since September 2022, Guillaume previously held significant roles at The Kraft Heinz Company as Senior Procurement Manager for Taste Elevation and Co-Pack Lead EMEA from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, experience at RB spanned various positions, including Senior Buyer and Junior Packaging Buyer, from September 2013 to December 2018. Initial career experience included a role as Junior Indirect Buyer at Auchan Retail, managing non-production spend for over 200 supermarkets. Academically, Guillaume holds a Post Graduate degree in Purchasing from KEDGE Business School and a Master's Degree in International Trade and Supply Chain from IPAG Business School, complemented by an undergraduate focus at Kyung Hee University. Early education includes a Bac ES from Ecoles des Roches in France.
