Ronald Overson

Ron joined Boulay in 1988, became a partner in 1998, and has more than 30 years of experience in assurance services and management consulting. He works with public, private, and ESOP-owned clients in a number of industries including wholesale/distribution, professional services, manufacturing, construction and non-profit organizations. Ron specializes in the financial due diligence and structuring aspects of mergers and acquisitions and has experience in providing these services to private equity, search fund, corporate and individual buyers. He assists private business owners in transitioning their interests to children, employees, management or unrelated third parties, and he specializes in analyzing business operations and making recommendations for enhancing overall performance to improve business value. Ron also assists management teams in designing legal and tax structures, as well as negotiating purchase and financing agreements for acquisitions and divestitures. He provides financial and organizational consulting services to companies expanding into new market areas, and he assists private and publicly held companies with stock offerings, stock registration statements, acquisitions and divestitures of subsidiaries, proforma financial information, and compliance with various SEC filing requirements. Ron also provides consulting services to clients with respect to budgeting, financing, tax planning, financial reporting, and recruiting matters.
