Ryan Washichek

Ryan Washichek is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing home construction projects and operations. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager at Boulder Creek Neighborhoods® since September 2022, Ryan previously held various positions at Oakwood Homes from August 2016 to September 2022, including Community Construction Manager and Lead Superintendent. Experience also includes project management at Kona Contractors and Walters & Wolf, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing multiple job sites to implementing LEAN strategies for operational efficiency.
