Michelle McGrath is an experienced recruiter currently employed at Destination Pet, LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an HR Specialist in Recruiting and Training at the Community College of Denver from March 2019 to October 2021 and served as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half from April 2018 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as an Administrative Assistant for The Office of Dr. James P. Lentini D.P.M. from April 2004 to September 2015. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Peace Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Sociology from Hartwick College (2008-2011).
