Lee Gauthier

Lee Gauthier has had an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in operations and engineering. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Boulder Scientific Company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at AMPAC Fine Chemicals from 2018 to 2019. From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Vice-President of Global Operations at W. R. Grace & Co. Before that, Lee Gauthier worked at Ferro Corporation for many years, where they held several roles including Global Operations Director, Business Director, Global Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, Global Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Manager, and Senior Production Engineer.

Lee Gauthier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, Lee pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Louisiana State University, completing their studies in 2006.
