Jessica Moon Bernstein-Schiano

Jessica Moon Bernstein-Schiano is a seasoned visual artist and educator, currently working as a visual artist at Jessica Moon Art since May 2024 and serving as a visual arts instructor for Boulder Valley School District since 2001. With extensive experience as a studio artist specializing in murals, installation art, sculpture, and freelance graphic design since 1998, Jessica has developed expertise in program management, curriculum development, and grant writing for arts initiatives. Additionally, Jessica has held leadership positions, including vice president at the DOJoe Fund, where fundraising and event planning were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes guiding experiential education trips with Where There Be Dragons, curriculum development for the United Nations Development Programme, and teaching English and environmental education through the US Peace Corps. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Bilingual and Multilingual Education and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
