Frank Szymanski

Frank Szymanski has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Frank currently works as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Boulevard since 2021. Previously, from 2021 to 2021, they were a Senior Solutions Architect at Envestnet, Inc where they assisted development teams in defining AWS native solutions and migration plans. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Vertex Inc., including Solutions Architect, DevOps Architect, and Senior Software Developer. At Vertex Inc., they focused on Cloud Native solutions, acted as the architect and owner of the outer architecture and deployment of the Vertex Cloud system, and participated in estimation, architecture, and development of new features for the Vertex Cloud product.

Frank also worked at eMoney Advisor as a Senior Software Engineer - Platform Services from 2016 to 2017, where they were involved in full-stack software development and support escalation for the application. Before that, they worked at Stone Edge Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016, where they performed software development and defect work on various systems using languages such as MS Access with VBA, VB6, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and PHP.

From 2011 to 2013, Frank served as a Sr Programmer Analyst at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, focusing on software development and defect work for an Electronic Health Record software. Frank also worked at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer from 2006 to 2011, participating in the full software life cycle and working on enhancements and bug fixes in various languages, primarily C#. Finally, Frank started their career at Ursinus College as a Help Desk Technician from 2002 to 2006.

Frank Szymanski attended Drexel University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied at Ursinus College from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Frank Szymanski has obtained several certifications in the field of AWS (Amazon Web Services). In 2018, they became certified as an AWS Certified Security Specialist. In 2019, they further enhanced their expertise by obtaining certifications as an AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialist and an AWS Solutions Architect - Professional.
