Jesus Morales-Ramos has a varied work experience in the banking industry. Jesus started their career in 2012 at Bank OZK, where they held multiple roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Training Mentor, Head Teller, and CSR. Their responsibilities included opening and closing the branch, managing a team, and providing on-the-job training to new hires. In 2017, they joined Jefferson Bank as a Trainer II. In this role, they managed and facilitated various training programs for multiple departments, analyzed training needs, and updated training resources. Jesus is currently working as an Onboarding Specialist at Boulevard starting from 2022.
Jesus Morales-Ramos attended St. Philip's College from 2013 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Jesus also obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they received the Creating Customer Connections Leader Training Certificate from Omega Performance. Jesus then completed the Instructional Techniques for New Instructors course at Langevin Learning Services in January 2018. Most recently, Jesus obtained the Building Customer Connections Leader Training Certificate from Omega Performance in April 2019.
