Shawn Tester

Shawn Tester is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Boulevard since May 2022, Shawn leads and mentors full-stack software engineering teams to deliver innovative customer experiences. Prior roles include Technical Director and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Tin Roof Software, where Shawn managed cross-functional teams, developed architectural concepts, and engaged with clients to meet their technical needs. Shawn's background also includes mobile application development as a self-employed developer and process engineering at Savannah River Remediation LLC. An alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
