Tom Stany's work experience begins in 2015 as a Marketing Intern at Infomagic. Tom later worked as an Assistant Manager Business Development at the same company from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they interned as a Market Research Intern at GSK. In 2018, they had multiple internships, including Marketing Analyst Intern at Synthite Industries Ltd, Discover Summer Intern at Vodafone, and Marketing Intern at Comune di Milano. In 2019, they joined Bausch + Lomb as a Management Trainee, where they led various projects such as website revamp and brand activation. Later, they became an Assistant Marketing Manager at Bausch + Lomb in 2020, where they developed digital ads and led key account partnership activities. In 2021, they worked as a Brand Manager at OnePlus. Currently, they are the Senior Brand & Category Marketing Manager at B O U L T since 2022.

Tom Stany completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Kerala, from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they attended Marygiri Public School in Ernakulam, Kerala, where they studied Business/Commerce for 14 years. In terms of further education, Tom completed the Post Graduate Program in Business (PGPB) with a focus on Marketing at SDA Bocconi Asia Center from 2017 to 2018. Tom then pursued a degree in International Business with a concentration in Marketing at SDA Bocconi from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, in March 2018, Tom obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG India. Tom also completed the BEC vantage course in Business English at the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2014.
