Cory Crawford

Cory Crawford has a diverse background in strategic business development, workforce planning, sales and operations management, key account management, sales and marketing training, and marketing and public relations management. They are currently working as the Director of Strategic Business Development at Bounce Logistics since May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Workforce Planning at RXO starting from September 2020. In this role, they implemented a successful training program that resulted in increased revenue, volume, morale, and retention. Prior to RXO, Cory worked as a Sales and Operations Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. from July 2019 to September 2020, and as a Key Account Manager for Procter and Gamble at XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2013 to September 2018. Additionally, they have experience in sales and marketing training as a Sales and Marketing Trainer at Lake Shore Marketing from November 2012 to August 2013, and as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Ideal Private Resorts from May 2012 to October 2012.

Cory Crawford obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ball State University. Additionally, Cory obtained certification in The Five Behaviors® from Wiley Workplace Learning in November 2022.
