Ross Milton

Ross Milton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment across various sectors. As the Managing Director and Founder of BOUNCE MIDDLE EAST since May 2014, Ross has been recognized as the Arabian Business Start Up 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year in the UAE. In addition, Ross serves as a mentor for Blackbird's Giants program, supporting early-stage founders in their business development. Ross also holds positions as Managing Director of Neuraform, a pharmaceutical startup, and as a Seed Investor with Scale Investors Ltd, focusing on female entrepreneurs. Commitments to education include a role as a board member at Korowa Anglican Girls' School and participation on the Alumni Council for the University of Melbourne. Past experience includes significant leadership roles at Mars and TXU Australia, along with early career experience at Deloitte. Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
